If you have chosen your product from our online store, but upon receiving it you find there is a manufacturing defect or if you are dissatisfied with the product, we guarantee your right to exchange or return the item.

Exchanges will only be accepted for products that have manufacturing defects, not those caused by misuse. We will also accept exchanges for products that were different from what was ordered. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from the one you ordered, please follow the steps below to initiate the exchange:

1. Notify our team about the issue via email at netoaom@gmail.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective product or the incorrect product you received, within 7 days of receiving it. Please note, exchanges or refunds will not be processed after this period.

2. Your complaint will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you can choose one of the following options:

Once we receive the package, we will perform an analysis to confirm that everything complies with the return conditions for the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact you, and in this case, you will be able to choose from the following options:

  1. Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.
  2. Receive a refund for the amount spent on the products.
  3. Receive a voucher for the product's value to use on future purchases.
